2022 Limited Weld Rules & Regulations for Lebanon, MO 
Entries in the Demolition Derby are open to men and women who have a valid Driver’s License. The Following regulations shall be observed for safety and fairness of all. Orderly conduct is required of all drivers and pit persons. If not, any driver and or people affiliated with that car will be evicted without ANY refunds or prize money. Misconduct may result in being banned from present and/ or future participation. Any driver or crew member not complying with any one of the rules will be disqualified. Crew members are the responsibility of the driver.
Entries:
1.Each driver must be at least 16 years old. 
2.Each driver must furnish their own car. Each driver can be registered to 1 car only per class.
3.Imperials, hearses, ambulances, jeeps, trucks carryalls, convertibles, mini vans, SUV’s or commercial vehicles will not be allowed.
4.All cars will have to pass inspection 1hr before the start of a the derby.
5. Prior to start time, each driver MUST sign and entry blank and each driver and pitman MUST sign a release form. Only one tow vehicle is allowed in the pit area. Extra vehicles with tools, torches, welders etc. will NOT be allowed in the pit area. Please make prior arrangements! DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED 
PARTICIPATION RULES
1. Drivers may maneuver either forward or backward.
2. Hitting an opponent’s car in the driver’s door is NOT ALLOWED AND WILL BE
DISQUALIFIED.
3. If a driver does not hit another legal car within 60 seconds, that driver shall be disqualified. Do not play “possum”. No Team driving is allowed. THIS WILL ALL BE COVERED IN THE DRIVERS MEETING!!!
4. All drivers must attend the drivers meeting prior to start time.
5. The driver MUST remain in his car until his car is removed by tow.
6. No derby official may officiate a heat in which an immediate family member drives.
7. Any driver not in place when he is called will be disqualified.
8. No DRIVER or PIT MAN under the INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL will be permitted to enter
the arena or to participate.
9. Pit men are not allowed in the arena during a heat.
10. No one will be allowed to stay in the pit area without a pit pass! THIS WILL BE STRICTLY
ENFORCED!!!

Bone stock compact rules Lebanon, MO


1.)  All car prep is same as other classes. All debris , glass, and any flammable must be removed.


2.) Wheel base is 110" max! 


3.) No trucks, suv, or mini vans. No v8s


4.)  Bumpers may be interchangeable. Will allow replica or homemade bumpers. If it is a pointy is cannot exceed factory chrysler pointy specs.  If these are used in any fashion that may cause harm in this stock class these bumpers will be removed from the rules following the fall show!  No bumper brackets allowed unless they are the factory brackets and shocks for that car.. bumper may be welded to the shock. May collapse the shock.. do not weld the the shock or the brackets to the frame.. may use 1 piece of 3/8" chain per side to bolt bumper to frame rail.   You may hard-nose if you choose. May only weld bumper to frame with one 1/2" pass all the way around.  If doing so factory shocks and brackets must be removed. No other material may be used at all!


5.) No body bolts may be changed.  Do not event touch them period!  If one is rotted out or missing you may use a single loop of 9 wire to tire it back.  8f body bolts or cradle bolts have been changed you will remove them or will not be permitted to run!


6.)  No after market suspension or steering allowed.. no reinforcing steering or suspension components period!  May use screw in spring spacers but suspension must float!! No welding the suspension up! 


7.)  You may run aftermarket pedal setup.. must not re inforce car in any way! After market steering allowed also may not re inforce car in any way. 


8.) A 4pt. Cage will be allowed. May have 1 down bar perside of the car in the middle of the front doors. Must be cage to sheet metal only! This is for safety period!.   Door bars or and seat bar Cannot go any further back that 6 inches behind front door seam!!  Halo is allowed. Must be vertical and go to topside of cage..cannot go to the floor.  Gas tank protector is allowed. Must be position in center of seat bar. Can only be 24" wide.  Must be 6" from any sheetmetal, this includes doors, wheel wells, floor, and package tray.  I know cars are different but you choose the cars not us! No cage material may exceed 4" material.   


9.) Hood may be left on stock hinges.  Hoods may be secured in 2 spots per side using one of two ways.  You may have two pieces of 3/8" chain max per side or you may use to places of #9 wire per side.  No all thread or hood clips allowed!


10.) Trunk deck may be folded with 1 90° bend, left in complete stock location, or removed.. no v wedging.  If you run a deck lid it may be fastened one of 3 ways, but must pick one of the 3.  May have 3 places with 3/8" chain, 3 places with "9 wire, or  you may have 3- 2"x3" by 1/8" strap welded. Pick one method not all 3.


11.) Car must have a window bar of some sort.  Piece of strap welded, 9 wire, or ratchet straps but must have something!!


12.) Fuel tanks must be removed from factory location and securely fastened in backseat area!!! You may run factory metal tank as long as it is in back seat area, covered and securely fastened.. no plastic tanks!! 


14.) Drivers door may be welded solid with 3" wide by 1/8" thick strap.  All other doors may have 2 3×4" x 1/8" pieces of strap welded.. pillars may be duct taped.. if you choose to chain or 9 wire doors that is fine may have 3 pieces per door and may duct tape pillars as well... only 1 of the 3 methods may be used!!


15.) No frame welding whatsoever!!! Only exception is on pre ran cars you may have 1 4x6x1/4" plate per rail... must be on the rail not the cradle.. may be located on any side of the exterior of the frame.. if it covers a frame hole have a 1/2" hole pre cut or you will cut one..  any questions call!!!!


16.) Solid fork lift tires will be allowed on the back of fwd cars.  All other wheels may only have a small center.. skidders are allowed no foam filled tires or solid tires allowed on the drives axels period!  


17.) Rwd cars all leaf springs must remain factory. No added leafs or leaf clamps period! 


18.) All cars are permitted 4 places of 9 wire. 2 loops making 4 strands... may be ran however you'd like.

80’s and newer stock class rules Lebanon, MO


Drivers compartment:
1.4 point cage only. All cage material must not exceed 4” material. No cage material can go to the frame. All cage material must be on the inside of the car not the inside of the doors. No exterior door bars allowed. All cage material must be 6” off the floor. Gussets only in the interior of 4 point cage. All halo bars are are allowed (2) 1/2” bolts with 1/2” washers to attach to roof sheet metal. All halo bars must be vertical and cannot go to frame or sheet metal. Halos may attach to  the top of the cage only.  No Gas tank protectors are allowed.
2.(1) down bar per front door, attaching to the bottom of the cage to the top of sheet metal. Must be vertical. Must be with in front door interior seams.
3.Station wagon decking must be removed.
4.Gas tanks are to be placed inside the backseat area of the car. 20 gal tanks max. Must be covered, chained,strapped, or bolted securely. No gas leaks period!! No plastic tanks. 
5.Transmission coolers may be placed inside the car and secured.
6.Battery boxes may be in the passenger side floor board, or attached to the cage. Battery must be covered. Max of 2 batteries.
7.All aftermarket straight column steering shafts allowed.
8.Aftermarket brake and gas pedals are allowed. Must bolts to sheet metal only.


Bumpers:
1.Oem car bumpers only. Bumpers can be seam welded with no added metal inside or outside of them.  You can switch bumpers from make to make.( example: Chevy to Ford)
2.Bumpers can weld to the shock and shock can be welded to frame with no added material. Or you can remove shock and weld bumper to frame with no added material. You cannot cut the frame off and then weld the bumper on. No shortening the frame.
3.No attaching bumpers to body in anyway.


Body bolts:
1.Do not touch them!!


Hood:
1.Entire hood must open for inspection.
2.Must be in stock location.
3.Allowed 4 hood bolts. 5/8” max. Sheet metal to sheet metal only any configuration. Can have a 3”x3” x 1/4” plate per location on the top side of hood. Or can have 4 chains 3/8” thick (1 loop ) per location.
4.Can have (2) 5/8” all thread pieces (1 per frame rail) at core support. All thread must bolt to sheet metal and frame. No welding!! Must have 1” spacer between core support and frame. Nothing bigger than  2” in diameter.  All thread can have (1) 3”x3”x1/4” plate on the top side of hood per location.


Frame: 
1.No welding on frame, no plate!
2.Rear frame my be dimpled or notched in 2 places per rail. This is the only frame shaping period.
3.No tilting or frame bending!


Suspension:
1.Can change springs to stiffer oem spring or run springs spacers. Front to front and rear to rear springs. Must be car springs.
2.All suspension must remain stock. Absolutely no aftermarket parts.
3.Rear suspension may be chained down with a max of 3/8” chain. (1) loop from frame rail to rearend per frame rail.
4.All suspension must bounce or give!


Drive Train:
1.(2) 3/8” threaded rod, (2) 2” wide straps bolted to core support with (2) 3/8” bolts per strap to hold radiator in place. Or can use two ratchet straps.
2.Must have working brakes.
3.Engine swaps are ok. Must use stock engine mount to stock motor mounts. Motor mounts can be welded to frame cradle with no added metal.
4.Can chain engines down with 3/8” chain.(1) per side attached to the engine block to the frame. Can only weld 2 links of the chain to the frame ,no further forward then the front on the engine heads.
5.Slider drive shafts are allowed.
6.Can change rearend to different stock 5 lug rearend. No bracing at all. Can run a jigged rearend but with no bracing at all. Must be a 31 spline rearend max!
7.All DOT approved tires are allowed. Tubed tires are allowed.  No foam filled or solid tires. No wheel or tire over 15”. 
8.Can run skidders and 550s.
9.Wheels are allowed to have weld in centers. No full centers, no reinforcements to wheels of any kind.
10.Radiators must be in stock location.
11.Air conditioning condenser core may be placed in front of radiator.  No other reinforcements such as expanded metal allowed.
12.Oem crossmembers only! May use (1) 2”x2”x1/4”x4” in length angle iron pieces to weld to the inside of the frame per rail. Crossmember must be bolted to angle iron using 1/2” bolts only. 
13.No engine cradles, transmission braces, steel bells, or ultra bells. No protectors period 


Body:
1.No sedagons
2.Deck lids must be 100% in stock location. You may tuck the trunk with a single 90 degree bend. No v wedging. Can weld trunk down using at total of (4) 2”x3”x1/8” thick straps. Or can bolt the truck lid down using  6 3/8” bolts. 1/2” washers max. Or 2 chains (1) per side. Cannot exceed 3/8” chain and cannot be any longer than 10” long.
3.Removal of trunk lid is allowed.
4.A front window must have 2 chains or 2 places of #9 wire, sheet metal to sheet metal. This is for driver safety only!
5.No rear window bars.
6.Anything can be removed, nothing can be added unless specified in the rules.
7.No body creasing is allowed at all. Don’t shape the bodies!
8.Drivers door can be welded solid, all other doors can be welded shut using (2) 3”x3”x1/8” thick strap per vertical door seam. Or can chain doors with 2 chains per vertical door seam using 3/8” chain max.
