  1. It is the duty and responsibility of the rider to determine the class in which he or she belongs.
  2. Officials may move riders up based on written or published proof that the rider has competed in a higher class.
  3. Officials will not move someone up just because they are fast.
  4. You must have proof that a rider rode in a higher class.
  5. NMA rules on 50cc, 65cc, and 85cc classes prevail as far as displacement and modifications.
  6. All classes are modified classes.
  7. "Big Wheels" and 150f's race in 85 open or Schoolboy classes only.
  8. Officials are not responsible for locating riders before their event.
  9. If a rider leaves the course for ANY reason they must reenter the track at the safest possible point nearest their point of exit. But not at a point where they improve their position. Race officials will determine cutting the course going around a jump or obstacle. Penalty is 5 finishing spots. This infraction will be judged on a case by case basis.
  10. If a moto must be stopped because of a rider or riders obstructing the progress and safety of the moto that rider or riders will not be allowed to restart the moto unless allowed by the race official.
  11. There will be NO restarts unless in the opinion of the race official that continuing the race will endanger the riders.
  12. A malfunction of the starting gate will be the race officials decision.
  13. If for any reason the race must be stopped it will be considered complete if the leading rider has completed over 50% of the laps. Example: 3 laps completed in a 5 lap race.
  14. Lapped riders must move over or be black flagged.
  15. January 1, 2010 determines which age group you ride. You must ride in your age group. NO 11year olds in the 85cc 12-15 class.
  16. Yellow flag situation: NO Passing, NO Double jumping, and NO Tripling in the yellow flag area. NO improving of position. Penalty is a minimum of one finishing position per infraction. Maximum penalty is Disqualification. This will be a decision of the race official.
  17. The white flag is a courtesy flag. It is not necessary to display the white flag at the beginning of the final lap.
  18. If during riders meeting it is stated that motos will be 5 laps and for some reason the race is not stopped until 6 or more laps are completed. The race will be considered over at the end of the 5th lap. Scorekeepers lap sheets will determine moto finish.
  19. No Senior 50 bikes are allowed in the 4-6 age class. Senior bikes are allowed in the 50 cc 7-9 and 50cc open classes.
  20. Any verbal harassment or physical abuse of officials will be grounds for permanent disqualification.
  21. No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances will be allowed on the track or pit area. Riders should not use any of the above mentioned substances before or during an event as long as they remain in competition. Any rider that is impaired will not be allowed to compete.
  22. A rider is responsible for the actions of their Pit Crew. Infractions by riders Pit crew or associated spectators will be grounds for penalties against that rider.
  23.  Riders are not allowed to ride bikes in larger displacement classes in mini classes. (Example NO 65's in the 85 classes.)
  24. No membership required.
  25. Cash Only, no checks accepted no exceptions. Credit cards only accepted on call in pre-entries.
  26. No refunds on pre-entries, no day of refunds once the first practice has started.
  27. All personnel entering the pit area must have a pit pass.  Rider entry includes rider only pit pass.
  28. All Classes except some secondary classes are run each night and are scored separately. Plaques/Awards are given each night. Points are kept on primary classes and age classes.
  29. 250F classes include the 250 two strokes, a 250 two stroke can run either 250F or  450F class.
  30. All ATV's must have a working pull away or helix type kill switch. They will be checked.
  31. ATV's must have large, clear number plates on the front and back of the bike.
  32. All motorcycles must have large, clear number plates on both sides and front.
  33. Junior bikes can be ran in either 4-6 or 7-9 classes depending on age. All senior bikes must run in 7-9 class regardless of age. All PW bikes must be within production cc limits. Junior bikes must have stock production components.
  34. All 65 and 80cc bikes must be production cc and OEM tire sizes. No big bores or big wheels allowed, except in 50/65/80 Open classes.
  35. Beginner class normally means you have been riding 6 months or less. No triples or catapults for beginners.
  36. No late practice, one practice per class. We will not be responsible for locating riders for the event.
  37. Protest of age or rider ability must have proof from local tracks score sheets or print outs.
  38. Flagging is done in sections. Amateurs - No doubling or passing in yellow sections. White flag is courtesy flag only, may or may not be waved. Checkered flag is finish of race regardless of laps. Red flag stops race and race is started over. Blue/Yellow flag is for lapped riders to move over out of the way. Pro riders do race and jump under yellow, pro riders do not jump or pass under red cross flag.
  39. Riders must ride heat race to qualify for main, no exceptions.
  40. Gate pick is determined by random computer draw for heats. Your heat finish will determine your main gate pick order.
  41. All riders in all classes must wear helmet, goggles and motorcyle boots.
  42. Track officials reserve the right to make all final decisions.
  43. We suggest using a smokeless oil. Excessive smoking will get you disqualified. Tuning  or warming up of bikes/quads must be done outside.
  44. It takes at least four bikes to make a class. If any class has less than four entries officials will safely combine the class with another class and run them together but score them separately.
  45. You must ride the same bike in your heat and main. No riders will be allowed to ride in a main if they miss their heat.
  46. Not everyone makes it to the main. The number of gates on the line determines how many will ride in the main. All 50's and 65's age group classes are included in the night show. The 50 & 65 Open classes will qualify and the number of gates will dictate the number that will qualify.
  47. Mini ATV class is split into two groups. Ages 4-7 is 100cc limit and ages 8-13 is 150cc limit. If your bike is between 100-150cc and you are under age 13, you will ride in the older group even if you are 4-7.
